The Caleb Center Inc. is a Kentucky-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing the health, recovery, and independence of adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and co-occurring Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
Through high-quality, person-centered Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) delivered under Kentucky’s 1915(i) RISE Initiative, we provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented supports that honor each individual’s strengths, dignity, and autonomy.
